Design Charrette

OPEN TO REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS

Space is limited so please be sure to register.

We are excited about our design + community teams this year. Please use the buttons below to register.

This day-long architectural charrette will open with a quick overview of Part 01’s selected master plans and how these ideas will help demonstrate socially ethical development. Teams of North Carolina designers and community members will then spend the day diving deeper into these master plans, generating the next level of detail for future programming and massing with emphasis the legacy of the site. Consideration will be given to Raleigh’s economy, connectivity, and design – for the good of its people and its environment.

Lunch from the many Transfer Co. Food Hall vendors will be provided to all participants and a Participant Happy Hour will begin around 4 pm.
